DESCRIPTION:Dr Isobel Houghton will be delivering an in-person session with WiN Western on “Deep Thought” to improve productivity and focus at work. The session will be held at Atkins “The Hub”\, Park Avenue Aztec West\, Bristol\, BS32 4RZ. \n“Bouncing between your inbox\, pointless meetings\, and chat notifications is no way to be satisfied at work. These are markers of busyness\, not effectiveness.
