Throughout her career\, she has worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager in a range of prestigious units across London and the South East. Freda has developed a strong expertise in ultrasound\, fertility preservation\, and women’s health education\, with a particular passion for empowering individuals with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their health and fertility. \nHer extensive background includes working in both clinical and leadership roles\, where she has been instrumental in delivering high-quality care\, overseeing patient management\, and leading teams in fertility and women’s health services. Freda is committed to advancing the field through both direct patient care and her focus on educating others\, making her a trusted resource for patients and colleagues alike. \n

For many reasons\, lots of us feel uncomfortable sharing our achievements. \nIn this #IamRemarkable workshop you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill. The goal of this workshop is to lift the motivation and skills of self promotion for underrepresented groups\, and to challenge the social perception around self promotion. \nThe workshop will run online from 15:30 – 17:30 and will require you to be fully present and engaged so that you can get the most out of the event (recommended you join in a private space). \nSpaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis\, so please let us know if you plans change and you are no longer able to attend.
